In May 2015, I graduated with degrees in journalism and English from the Pennsylvania State University. I am currently a staff reporter for the Jewish Exponent, a weekly newspaper in Philadelphia, and I also am responsible for co-managing its social media pages. I have interned for Quirk Books, Iris Creative, doing social media, and State College Magazine. I have written arts and entertainment articles for the student-run newspaper The Daily Collegian, including reporting for its weekly magazine. I have also previously written for Penn State's life and style magazine, VALLEY. I have also contributed articles for HelloGiggles and Femsplain.
I started small, first reading only the comics section of The Philadelphia Inquirer with my morning bowl of cereal. I then went on to be inspired by Bly, Tarbell, Cronkite, Woodward, Bernstein, Kristof, Bradshaw (kidding, sort of), and anyone else who has ever told a great story.
